Marisa Napoli is a passionate New York State Licensed esthetician and proud owner of Spa Rockaway, a beloved beauty and wellness sanctuary known for delivering high-quality skincare and self-care experiences. “Beauty isn't just skin deep,” Marisa says. “It’s how you feel inside, how you care for yourself, and how you nurture your confidence. My goal is to help clients not just look better, but feel better — empowered, rejuvenated, and at peace.”
A meaningful part of her journey was learning from Spa Rockaway’s previous owner, Pat Rorke, who taught her what makes the spa so special — the attention to detail, personalized care, and calming, community-centered environment.
Marisa is honored to carry on that legacy while bringing her own fresh perspective and dedication to excellence.She believes in empowering clients through education, personalized consultations, and thoughtful product recommendations — helping them build sustainable skincare routines with lasting results.

Owner & Esthetician
Marisa Napoli is both the owner and a NYS licensed esthetician at Spa Rockaway. She graduated from Hunter College with a degree in Psychology and later attended the Christine Valmy International School of Esthetics, where she earned an honors diploma. Marisa is highly skilled in advanced facial treatments, corrective skincare, and result-oriented techniques that enhance and maintain healthy, radiant skin. Known for her attention to detail and personalized approach, she takes pride in tailoring every service to her clients unique skin concerns and goals. Marisa combines her academic background and passion for skincare to deliver exceptional treatments and lasting results for every client at Spa Rockaway.
Pat Rorke
Esthetician & EDUCATOR
Pat Rorke is a dual-licensed esthetician in New York and Florida and a respected skincare educator with close to two decades of experience in holistic, heart-centered skin therapy. Featured in Vogue for her innovative approach to skin health, Pat combines science and soul in every treatment. While no longer the owner of Spa Rockaway, she continues to care for her longtime clients and supports the spa through advanced treatment protocols, education, and hands-on collaboration with the team. Certified in Reiki, Facial Reflexology, Gua Sha, Face Yoga, and advanced facial sculpting techniques, Pat integrates these healing modalities into her signature “Skin Fitness Therapy” - designed to strengthen facial muscles, restore skin health, and reveal a natural glow from within. She remains closely connected to Spa Rockaway — the place she still calls her second home.
Chemi Barone
Esthetician
Chemi, a Brooklyn native, immediately began her career as a practicing esthetician after graduation from Arrojo Esthetician School in Manhattan. Her love for skin care began when entering and remaining in the modeling industry from a young age and continues as she is now a part of the skin care profession. After completing her licensing, she dove head first in to the vast industry of skin care. She finds joy in staying educated on the newest and state of the art services provided at Spa Rockaway. Her specialty not only lies in the practice of facial massage, hydrafacials, and lymphatic drainage, but making sure each and every client leaves feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and refreshed after any service is her top priority. Excelling at all esthetic services provided at Spa Rockaway is her mission. She is excited and grateful to be a part of the Spa Rockaway Team.
Lauren Conroy
Esthetician
Lauren Conroy is a licensed esthetician with a lifelong interest in skincare. She obtained her degree from the Long Island Institute of Skin Care and has quickly gained a following since joining Spa Rockaway. Lauren is passionate about health and fitness and believes healthy skin is achieved through a combination of a consistent skincare routine, proper nutrition, and exercise. Besides microderm, she specializes in Skin Tightening, Resurfacing, IPL facials, Laser Hair Removal, Microcurrent treatment, Oxygen facials, and spray tans.
Tiffany Willis
Esthetician
Tiffany has been a licensed esthetician for over 14 years. Her passion for skincare began at just 13, when she experienced her first facial — sparking a lifelong love for beauty and wellness. She takes a holistic, personalized approach with every client, tailoring each treatment to their unique needs and goals. Outside of the treatment room, Tiffany loves traveling and spending quality time with her family.
Lynn DeVerna
Esthetician
With over 18 years of experience, Lynn is a Lead Esthetician, educator and oncology-certified skincare specialist. She has training in advanced modalities including dermaplaning, skin rejuvenation, microcurrent, cold plasma and lifting sculpting facial massage. Now blending her extensive esthetics expertise with Reiki and energy healing, Lynn helps women move from stressed to grounded, and from weary to radiant - revealing beauty that begins within.
Waini Halim
Esthetician
A graduate of the Atelier Institute of Esthetics, Waini brings a deep passion for helping clients look and feel their best. Now part of the Rockaway community, she loves creating a relaxing space where every client can unwind and leave with a fresh, rejuvenated glow.
To Waini, being an esthetician is more than a career — it’s about connection, education, and care. She takes pride in building lasting relationships, guiding clients through proper skincare routines, and helping them feel confident in their own skin. Every facial she performs is done with heart, energy, and genuine love for her craft.

Laser + Electrolysis Tech
Let’s talk hair removal…Meghan is our specialist here at the Spa for anything to do with permanent hair removal. Whether it’s doing Electrolysis for those fine blond or grey hairs on the face or full body laser hair removal.
Colleen O’Rorke
Massage Therapist
Being a licensed massage therapist for 22 years has given Colleen the opportunity to work at so many places with such a diverse clientele. Her goal is to make clients feel good regardless of what it may be they have going on and feeling more relaxed after a treatment. Modalities she concentrates on are Deep Tissue and Swedish Massage along with Prenatal. When she has time, she loves Bikram Yoga (teaching & taking), Hot Pilates and spending time with friends and family.
Johanna Owens
Massage Therapist
Johanna has been a member of the Spa Rockaway family from the very beginning and considered our “salt of the earth” here. She has been practicing massage therapy since 2005. Johanna is experienced in a variety of modalities, and is highly skilled in prenatal massage therapy— including working at a Spa exclusively for pregnant women. Johanna believes massage therapy is an integral part to maintaining wellness.
Julie M Six
Massage Therapist
Firm, Therapeutic, Intuitive and Nurturing is Julie’s recipe for creating the perfect fit massage for you. She is a graduate of Swedish Institute, College of Health and Sciences NY, NY, 2007. In the last 15 years, she has been honored to massage people of all walks of life, and is excited to be part of the wonderful Spa Rockaway team in this beautiful beach community and her hometown. She specializes in Swedish, Sport, Hot Stone and Medical Treatments. She loves swimming, cycling and fishing.
Lucie O'Donnell
Massage Therapist
Lucie has been a licensed massage therapist for 15 years, specializing in Swedish and Deep Tissue massages. What she loves about her work is tailoring each massage to her clients needs, whether it be overall relaxation or a specific area of concern. In her free time, she enjoys running, Bikram yoga and of course, going to the beach in the summer!
Grace Malone
Massage Therapist
Grace has been part of the Spa Rockaway family since 2019. A licensed Massage Therapist, Grace is a graduate of the renowned Swedish Institute and is a member of the AMTA. Her modalities include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, and Myofascial Release. In 2017, she participated in an externship for Sports Massage with the NY Giants. Grace believes the power of touch is medicine to the body and soul.
Alicia Christian
Massage Therapist
Alicia has been a massage therapist and healer for over a decade. She loves living in the Rockaway’s and is thrilled to serve our community. She works from the heart, and her goal is to help others to feel good and keep her clients healthy. She loves to make a difference in this community, and hopes to bring positive and healing energy to any client she works with.
